Training Leaders.

Ministry leaders continue to be equipped, educated and resourced through informal, non-formal and formal measures.  They are eager to receive in-person teaching as well as Zoom-based classes. In 2019, SOS International equipped more than 7,770 ministry leaders in 16 countries.  During the COVID-19 disruption of 2020 and 2021, more than 3,500 leaders per year directly benefitted from trainers supplied by SOS International.

In October of 2022, 25 selected ministry leaders from 11 African countries will gather in Ethiopia to receive specialized training during the SOS Africa Academy. Topics include issues related to leadership, marriage, teamwork, evangelism and discipleship. The growing geographical impact of SOS International’s strategic training objectives will bear fruit in many more countries throughout Africa.
